Please note that drinkware items packaged in individual boxes that are branded in-house are shipped with box lids open. This is a result of our production process to ensure efficiency. While the outer cartons are securely sealed for shipping, individual box lids will not be closed. As bamboo is a natural material, there will be variation in the appearance in one product compared with the next or within similar items in a set.
